If your profile picture is not your own picture they consider you lacking in confidence,\u009d he added.<\/p>\n<p>According to Saiful, it is a procedure for certain companies to assess their potential employees through social media. &#8220;They will predict your behaviour and the way you think through what you have shared on social media.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u0153Students should be smart enough to decide what they want to share in public. They should already started showing their interest in the sector and occupation by doing a review or share the link related to that in their own social media. This will boost their confidence in wanting to appoint you as part of them,\u009d said Saiful.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the company would avoid appointing those who are overly social.
