I THINK it is understandable that many among us expect that after the judicial error in the Boonsom Boonyanit case (by the Federal Court in 2000) had been corrected by another panel of the same court in the Tan Ying Hong case in 2009, fraudulent land transactions involving forgery and impersonation will soon come to an end.
