IT is probably a sign of the times that Malaysians are confused by the troubling events buffeting the country and the rallies in Kuala Lumpur, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu over the National Day weekend by protesters only added to the confusion, not the clarity that the organisers of the rallies clearly would have hoped.
