GEORGE TOWN: The under-construction Bayan Lepas Expressway (BLE) will be closed every weekend, starting 11pm on Friday to 5.30am on Monday, to enable concreting works to be done on a flyover linking the expressway to the Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge.
