KUALA LUMPUR: Pro-Opposition news portal The Malaysian Insider (TMI) has been slammed for publishing an allegedly misleading report which painted discrepancies stemming from Wholesale and Retail, Retailers Transformation Programme, or Tukar, that had purportedly landed several sundry shop owners in debt.
