AS an adult, when you see a group of teenagers hanging out at public places, such as shopping malls, on public transportation or at restaurants and food courts, what is your initial reaction or thought? Do you view them positively or negatively? Do you anticipate that they are going to cause trouble and be a nuisance? Do they seem to be wasting time, doing nothing ” why cant they find something œuseful to do?
