IT would be nice if human nature changed from its revenge, spite, jealous and occasionally œheartful self to something like the reverse. In 60 years of travel to the globes far corners, I find that thats counterfactual and not worth contemplation; human nature is universal, and since I spend lots of time reading classical history, I know it doesnt change its spiteful intentions.
