AirAsia to recapitalise Indonesia affiliate to meet equity rule

KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia Bhd CEO Tony Fernandes said on Monday the company will recapitalise its Indonesian affiliate so that the unit can meet a rule set by the countrys transport ministry.
