KEMAMAN: A director of Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd was charged in the Magistrates Court here today with 17 counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) for not remitting the monthly tax deduction (MTD) of the company staff, involving more than RM3.6 million, to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).
