IN this age of social media, states the world over are struggling to win the publics confidence on issues of public policies. Ever too often, policies get shot down by arguments that cast doubts on a states policy option. Varied as their arguments may be, are commentators guided by consistent ideological reasoning? Or, do they employ a hodgepodge of ideas just to fit their opinions?
