KUALA LUMPUR: The proposed reserve take over (RTO) of Ideal Jacobs (Malaysia) Corp Bhd of oil and gas consultation service providers; Cekap Technical Services Sdn Bhd and MECIP Global Engineers Sdn Bhd for RM129 million is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016.
