IPOH: The Sessions Court here today ordered the prosecution to proceed with the criminal defamation trial against former Perak Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin, without the presence of the aggrieved party, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
