IN a free world, the exchange rate of most currencies fluctuates. The problem is that there can be no definite reason to explain every fluctuation and trying to determine a single attribute would perhaps be as challenging as trying to explain why cocks tend to crow at dawn, when only the cockerel knows best. Even an accomplished economist (if there is one), would struggle to provide a single definitive answer. Almost always, there would be several contributing factors.
