TRUE to its word, the 11th Malaysia Plan (11MP) aims to enhance the standard of living and overall quality of life. A development plan is expected to consist of programmes and projects directed to achieve that overall objective. Thus, the 11MP recently revealed by the prime minister ” who often states that he cares for overall wellness and emphasises a œpeople economy ” puts these concerns back on the pedestal of the overall economic planning of the country.
