KUALA LUMPUR: Shares on Bursa Malaysia extended their downtrend to mid-afternoon today, weighed on by selling in selected heavyweights and amid broader market weakness, dealers said. At 3 pm, the benchmark FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) was 7.54 points easier at 1,802.57.
