PUTRAJAYA: Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali has agreed to conclude the states water restructuring exercise as soon as possible by reviving the Master Agreement, said Energy, Green Technology, and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili.
