KUALA LUMPUR: Tropicana Corp Bhd (Tropicana), via its wholly-owned Tropicana Tenaga Kimia Sdn Bhd, has proposed to dispose of its entire shareholding of 73 per cent in Tenaga Kimia Sdn Bhd (TKSB) to Austin Powder Asia Pacific for RM194.7 million.
