KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Holdings Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned unit of Sunway Bhd, has signed a share sale agreement with eight Winstar Trading Sdn Bhd vendors to acquire 6.72 million ordinary shares of RM1 each worth RM130.95 million.
