KUALA LUMPUR: Samalaju Industries Sdn Bhd has purchased an additional 5.0 per cent stake in the ferrosilicon and manganese alloys smelting project in Samalaju Industrial Park (SIP) from OM Materials (S) Pte Ltd for US$18.45 million (US$1=RM3.67).
