Integraxs Amin to buy additional 5pc stake in company from Perak Corp unit for RM3.50 per share

KUALA LUMPUR: Integrax Bhds co-founder, Amin Halim Rasip has offered to buy a five per cent equity stake in the company for RM3.50 a share from Perak Corp Bhd’s (PCB) unit Taipan Merit Sdn Bhd.
