Police arrest ‘hit boy,’ 13, armed with AK-47

MONTERREY (Mexico): Mexican police arrested a 13-year-old boy who was carrying an AK-47 assault rifle, a pistol, weapon cartridges and marijuana, a prosecutor said Sunday.
