KUALA LUMPUR: The Home Ministry (KDN) has never issued any directives to the Immigration Departments of Sabah and Sarawak on prohibiting foreigners and peninsula residents from entering the two states, said its minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
