I HAVE been following the Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex) debacle. As a proponent of this much needed infrastructure project, I can announce with confidence that Kidex has the support of almost 20,000 Petaling Jaya residents from Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8.
