KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission of Malaysia (SC) today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) as well as the Singapore Exchange to enhance Aseans attractiveness as fund-raising centre.
