KUALA LUMPUR: OAM Asia (Singapore) Pte Ltd (OAMA) has acquired 90 per cent stake in PT Surya Agro Persada (SAP) for RM98.321 million, Oriental Holdings Bhd (OHB) said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
