GOMBAK, 18 February 2015: The Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah (SHAS) Mosque of IIUM is opening applications for new participants to join the halaqah of Quran memorisation at the mosque.
The halaqah will be held on Monday to Thursday every week, and there will be three sessions everyday; morning session, 8.00 a.m to 9.00 am, evening session, 5.00 pm to 6.00 p.m and night session, 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm. The applicants are free to attend any session in the day, so you don’t have to worry for not being able to attend everyday because of different schedule.
The requirement for applying to be in the halaqah is very simple. First, the applicant must be IIUM staff or students. Next is applicant able to recite the Holy Quran. Last but not least, the applicant must be able to attend 80% of the Halaqah’s attendance.
