KUALA LUMPUR: Fututech Bhd today announced the execution of a heads of agreement (HOA) with the major shareholders of the company, Datuk Tee Eng Ho, Datin Toh Siew Chuon and Tee Eng Seng, to commence exclusive negotiations for the proposed acquisition of Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd and Permatang Bakti Sdn Bhd for RM380 million.
