PETALING JAYA: A number of non-governmental organisations (NGOs), residents associations and Rukun Tetangga handed the acting Mayor of Petaling Jaya a memorandum and petition signed by over 4,000 individuals to express their support on the controversial Kidex (Kinrara Damansara Expressway) expressway project.
