ULU KELANTAN: In the days, when most English families lived in the UK, everything operated along the lines of the English spirit. This particular UK is not the United Kingdom, but Ulu Kelantan. The name was created by the English themselves, as a joke to their newly arrived. Later, it was picked up by the locals, and the laughter became louder.
