KUALA LUMPUR: Malayan Banking Bhds (Maybank) indirect unit Maybank ATR Kim Eng Capital Partners sold 3.1 million common shares, representing 100 per cent ownership in ATR Kim Eng Land Inc (ATRKE Land), Â to Rockwell Primaries Development Corp, ATR Holdings Inc and Dragon Eagle International Ltd. The total assets of ATRKE Land as at November 30 was about RM83.7 million. œThe sale was completed as part of Maybank Kim Eng Holdings Ltds initiative to divest non-core assets, the company said in a statement. ATRKE Land has ceased to be an indirect subsidiary of Maybank.Â
