KUALA LUMPUR: Uzma Bhd says its unit, Tenggara Analisis Sdn Bhd, is buying an additional 18.98 per cent stake in Setegap Ventures from Datuk Nasri Nasrun and Mohd Zulhaizan Mohd Noor for RM28.5 million, raising its interest in the firm to 49 per cent. The acquisition would enable it to strengthen its position as a specialised service provider in the oil and gas sector, it told Bursa Malaysia yesterday. Upon completion of the purchase, Nasris stake will be reduced to 36 per cent from 51 per cent, while that of Zulhaizan will be lowered to 15 per cent from 18.98 per cent.
