KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s biggest Islamic cooperative bank, Bank Rakyat, recorded a higher profit before tax and zakat of RM1.65 billion for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014, from RM1.63 billion registered in the corresponding quarter last year.
