KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has priced its inaugural RM1 billion perpetual subordinated sukuk pursuant to the perpetual subordinated sukuk programme, according to a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday. The programme, which already been awarded a rating of œAA2 by RAM Rating Services Bhd, has a periodic distribution rate of 5.75 per cent and holds a tenure of up to 10 years.
