GOMBAK, 28 November 2014: Students of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) will be having a great opportunity to raise their voice by joining a very first student dialogue with the theme “Secular Democracy in Islam: Good or Bad?”
This topic will feature Dr. Iqbal Abdul Wahab (LLB IIUM, LLM London, PhD. Edinburgh) who will attempt to discuss the reality of Muslim-majority nations with close focus on Turkey.
Organised by the IIUM Model United Nations Club in collaboration with Law Society IIUM/ ALSA IIUM, Akademi Pemikir, and Political Science Students Association. the event will take place on Monday, 1 December 2014 at LT1, Kulliyyah of Economics and Management.
