KUALA LUMPUR: AmInvest will be merging its unit trusts management and funds management companies, AmInvestment Services Berhad (œAIS) and AmInvestment Management Sdn Bhd (œAIM), which will housed under a single entity, AmInvestment Services Berhad. This merger will take effect on 1 December 2014.
