KUALA LUMPUR: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhds shares closed 15 sen, or four per cent, higher at RM3.60 yesterday after it agreed to sell its stake in Puncak Niaga Sdn Bhd (PNSB) and Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) to Pengurusan Aset Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (PAAS) for RM1.55 billion.
