KUALA LUMPUR: Censof Holdings Bhd is proposing to undertake a private placement of new ordinary shares of 10 sen each of up to 10 per cent of its issued and paid-up share capital to third-party investors, to be identified  later, and at an issue price also to be determined later. AmInvestment Bank has been appointed as the Principal Adviser and Placement Agent.
