KUALA LUMPUR: UOA Development Bhd has acquired the entire stake in Concord Housing Development Sdn Bhd, representing two ordinary shares worth RM1 each. Following the acquisition, UOA will wholly own Concord and assume the liabilities of existing shareholders advances amounting to RM134.31 million.
