Najib arrives in Myanmar

NAYPYIDAW:  Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak arrived here tonight to attend the 25th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit and Related Summits.Najib was welcomed upon arrival at the Naypyidaw International Airport at 11.30pm by Health Minister Dr Than Aung. He was accompanied by his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.The prime minister had arrived here from Beijing after attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Leaders Summit.Najib will join the other nine Asean heads of government and leaders such as United States President Barack Obama, Japanese President Shinzo Abe, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, Russian Federation Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott and others for 9 other summits held in conjunction with the 25th Asean Summit.Among them will be the East Asia Summit (EAS), Asean-China, Asean-India, Asean-Japan, Asean-United States and Asean-Australia Commemorative Summit.
