KUALA LUMPUR: Prestariang Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with MIE Corporate Holdings Sdn Bhd to form a joint venture to supply local and foreign manpower to the oil and gas industry. Prestariang said it would take up a 51 per cent stake in the joint venture after it had conducted a feasibility study.
