KUALA LUMPUR: CB Industrial Product Holding Bhds unit, Modipalm Engineering Sdn Bhd, has signed contracts with Vanimo Green Palm Oil Mill Ltd and Merchong Palm Oil Mill Sdn Bhd worth RM105.5 million. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, CB Industrial said the contracts were for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of civil, mechanical and electrical works for 60 tonne/hour Modipalm continuous sterilisation of palm oil mills. Vanimos mill is located in Papua New Guinea while Merchongs is in Malaysia. œ The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of CB Industrial for the financial years ending December 31 2015 and December 31 2016, it said.
