KUALA LUMPUR: Bonia Corp Bhd has completed the acquisition of an indirect subsidy, CRG Viet Nam Company Ltd (CRGV), with a paid-up capital of RM937,411. With the acquisition, CRGV has become a 99 per cent-owned subsidiary of CRG Incorporated Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group. The remaining one per cent is held by FHG Co Ltd.
