DURING the UPSR examinations this year, candidates and their parents were shocked with the news that the science paper had leaked and questions widely circulated in social media. Apparently this has been happening every year. The most unfortunate thing is many parents didnt blink an eye when they got them. In fact, they gladly passed them on to their children and also other parents.
