IPOH: In a landmark ruling, the High Court here today ordered Inspector-general Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar to execute the court’s two orders to arrest Muslim convert Mohd Riduan Abdullah and retrieve six-year-old Prasana Diksa to be handed over to her Hindu mother.
