KUALA LUMPUR: Bumi Armada Bhd says its unit, Bumi Armada Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd, has issued a RM1.5 billion sukuk murabahah under its sukuk programme. The sukuk murabahah is for the full aggregate nominal value of RM1.5 billion for a tenure of 10 years, at a profit rate of 6.35 per cent per year, it said.
