KUALA LUMPUR: Digistar Corp Bhds unit, Digistar Holdings Sdn Bhd, will acquire a 70 per cent interest in Protecs A&A CMC Sdn Bhd for RM350,000. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said the acquisition involves 350,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each in Protecs.Â
