Wah Seong shareholders nod for acquisition of 49pc stake in Alam-PE

GEORGE TOWN: Wah Seong Corp Bhd shareholders have approved the acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in Alam-PE Holdings (L) Inc (Alam-PE) from CIMB Private Equity Sdn Bhd for RM106 million.
