KUALA LUMPUR: Elsoft Research Bhd has adopted a policy of paying an annual dividend of 40 per cent of its consolidated annual net profit. The dividend policy will commence for the financial year ending December 31 2014. œThis dividend policy also enables Elsoft shareholders to participate in the growth and profits of the group and serves to reward its supportive investors, it said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia, adding that such policy will not be detrimental to its cash flow requirements.
