KUALA LUMPUR: I-Berhads subsidiaries have bought three pieces of land in Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam for a combined RM502.3 million. In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, the company said the purchases were settled in redeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks. It said I-Marcom Sdn Bhd bought freehold land in Jalan Changkat Kia Peng from Sumuracres Sdn Bhd for RM132 million and I-City Properties Sdn Bhd bought freehold land in Shah Alam from The Peak @KLCC Sdn Bhd for RM241.3 million. City Centrepoint Sdn Bhd, meanwhile, bought freehold land in Section 7, Shah Alam, from The Peak @ KLCC for RM129 million,
