KUALA LUMPUR: Astral Supreme Bhd has filed a legal suit against its former managing director (MD) Ong Tai Chin @ Wong Tai Chin over alleged breach of fiduciary duty and breach of duty of care that caused the com-pany to suffer losses of RM15.5 million. Astral filed the writ and statement of claim at the High Court on Tuesday against Ong in his capacity as the former MD, it said.
